Free delivery on every order

All orders placed on sunminglighting.com.au include free standard delivery, Australia-wide. There is no minimum order value and no hidden fees at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.

We dispatch from our Perth warehouse using Sendle, Australia Post, or freight courier, depending on the size and weight of the item and your delivery location.

Estimated delivery timeframes

Most orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being received. Estimated delivery times from dispatch:

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on carrier volumes, public holidays, or circumstances outside our control. We do not guarantee delivery by a specific date.

Order tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with your tracking number and a link to track your delivery. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@sunminglighting.com.

Large & fragile items

Chandeliers, large pendants, and floor lamps are packed carefully with protective materials. For oversized or heavy items, we may use a freight courier who will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery window. Signature on delivery may be required.

If you are not available at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a card and either reattempt delivery or hold the item at a local depot for collection. We are not responsible for additional fees arising from missed deliveries.

Remote & rural delivery

We deliver Australia-wide, including remote Western Australia. For very remote locations, delivery may require depot collection rather than door-to-door service. We'll contact you in advance if this applies to your order so you know what to expect.

Damaged in transit

Despite careful packing, damage during transit can occasionally occur. If your item arrives damaged:

  • Photograph both the item and the packaging immediately
  • Contact us within 48 hours at info@sunminglighting.com with your order number and photos
  • We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost

Click & Collect at Our Perth Showroom

If you're in Perth, you're welcome to collect your order from our showroom at 506 Murray Street, Perth WA 6000. Select this option at checkout or contact us to arrange. Showroom hours: Monday to Friday 10am–6pm, Saturday 10am–5pm.
