These terms govern your use of the Sunming Lighting website and any purchase you make with us. Please read them before placing an order.

Sunming Lighting is operated by Sunming Lighting Pty Ltd (ABN 70 667 633 703), trading as Sunming Lighting. Our showroom is located at 506 Murray Street, Perth WA 6000. You can contact us at info@sunminglighting.com or on (08) 6385 8739.
By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use this site.
2. Products and pricing
All prices on this website are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or refuse any order placed at an incorrect price.
Product images are as accurate as reasonably possible. Finishes, colours, and textures may vary slightly from what is shown on screen due to differences in monitor calibration and photographic lighting. If you are uncertain about a finish, we recommend visiting our Perth showroom before purchasing.
We do not guarantee that all products displayed on the website are in stock. If a product you have ordered is unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative, a backorder, or a full refund.
3. Orders and payment
Placing an order on this website constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is confirmed when you receive a written order confirmation from us via email.
Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, and other payment methods displayed at checkout. All transactions are processed securely. We do not store your payment card details.
If a payment is declined or reversed after your order has been dispatched, we reserve the right to pursue recovery of the goods or the outstanding amount.
4. Delivery
We offer free standard delivery Australia-wide on all orders. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, natural events, or circumstances beyond our control.
Risk in the goods passes to you upon delivery. If an item is damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
For large or fragile items, signature on delivery may be required. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a card and attempt redelivery or hold the item at a local depot. We are not responsible for additional carrier fees arising from missed deliveries.
5. Returns and refunds
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for change-of-mind purchases, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in a saleable condition. Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are at your expense.
If a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law regardless of our returns policy. Please refer to our Warranty page for full details on how to make a claim.
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
6. Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these Terms of Service is intended to limit or exclude any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
7. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product descriptions, and design, is the property of Sunming Lighting Pty Ltd or its content suppliers and is protected by Australian and international copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this website without our prior written consent.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Sunming Lighting will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of this website or from any product purchased from us. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.
We make no warranty that this website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
9. Privacy
We collect and handle your personal information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and our Privacy Policy. By placing an order, you consent to us using your information to process and fulfil your order, communicate with you, and comply with our legal obligations.
10. Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Western Australia and the Commonwealth of Australia. Any dispute arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this page. Your continued use of the website after any change constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
